Access to the venue
About the outbound journey
  • Please be sure to use the shuttle bus from Tokyo Teleport Station to get to the venue. There is no public parking available around the venue.
  • Access to the venue by car, taxi, motorcycle, bicycle, moped, or on foot is prohibited. You will have to pass through an undersea tunnel, which is off-limits to foot traffic, bicycles, and mopeds.
  • Parking and bicycle parking around the venue and in nearby facilities is strictly prohibited. If you are found to be arriving by car or motorcycle, or parking without permission or in a nuisance, you may be denied entry. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
  • To use the shuttle bus, please make sure to reserve your desired time slot in advance on the "Shuttle Bus Reservation Page" which will be released at a later date.
  • Please note that there is a limit to the number of people allowed at each designated time, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The first bus from Tokyo Teleport Station is scheduled to depart around 10:30, and the last bus is scheduled to depart around 17:00.
  • If you are unable to board the 17:00 bus, you may not make it in time for the start of the show. Please make sure you leave plenty of time.
  • On the day of your reservation, please board the bus at the time and schedule you have reserved. You may not be able to board the bus after the designated time.
  • Arrival times may vary depending on traffic conditions (such as road congestion).
  • The shuttle bus will depart in order once a certain number of passengers have boarded. If the bus is busy, you may have to wait for the next bus.
  • Regarding the return journey
  • After the show, you may have to wait more than two hours before boarding the shuttle bus.
  • After the performance, there will be a regulated exit. Shuttle buses will also be boarded in order, so please follow the instructions of staff and exit the venue in an orderly manner.
  • If you wish to return home before the show ends, you can take the shuttle bus waiting at the venue to Tokyo Teleport Station. However, this will only be permitted in cases where staff deems it an emergency, such as when you are feeling unwell or for other unavoidable reasons, so please be sure to consult with a nearby staff member if necessary.

    About application
  • If you apply as a companion, this will only be counted as one application.
  • If you switch applicants/companions for the same performance, or apply separately from other applicants/companions, your application may be rejected. Please consult with your companions in advance and apply as the representative only.
  • Registration as a Lawson WEB member (free of charge) is required. Please ensure that the information registered with your OFFICIAL FANCLUB matches the information registered with your Lawson WEB member. Please note that if your registration information does not match or if we are unable to verify your identity, your application may be invalid or rejected.
  • The conditions for applying are different for each precedence. Please be sure to check the application conditions before applying.
  • Applications are limited to one per person per performance. Up to two tickets (W Members advance sale) or four tickets (Other advance sale) per performance. You can enter each performance once.
    If you are applying for two or more tickets, you must specify a companion.
  • Each person will be required to hold one ticket to enter this performance. If two or more tickets are purchased, an electronic ticket will be issued to each applicant and accompanying person's device.
  • Please also prepare a smartphone suitable for the recommended environment of "JO1 OFFICIAL APP" for accompanying people.
  • Duplicate applications for the same performance may be invalid.
  • Even if multiple tickets are won/purchased, we will refuse admission to anyone other than the person (name displayed on the ticket). In addition, information change, ticket cancellation, refund, refund, etc. are not possible at all.
  • The name of the applicant will be displayed on the ticket (for official fan club pre-sale tickets, the name registered to Plus member ID at the time of application will be displayed; for other receptions, the name registered on the application page will be displayed).   • Name changes will not be accepted after application. The name displayed on the ticket will be the name registered to your Plus member ID at the time of application for official fan club advance sales, and for other receptions, the name will be linked to the information registered on the application page. Transfers are strictly prohibited, even between family members or friends. Changes will not be accepted for any reason, so please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when applying.
  • All seats are reserved. Unnecessary seating changes or exchanges are prohibited during the performance. Anyone who does not follow the instructions of the staff or who causes trouble for others will be forced to leave the venue. Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases.
  • If any illegal sales are discovered, you will be denied entry. In such cases, we will not refund tickets or cover travel expenses.
  • Application for overseas residents
  • If you are an overseas member, please apply from [For Overseas Members] displayed at the bottom of the reception page.
  • Electronic tickets can be used on smartphones overseas. The phone number you enter on the application screen can be an overseas phone number.

  • About electronic tickets
  • To prevent resale, tickets for this performance will be issued electronically via the "JO1 OFFICIAL APP."
  • E-tickets are scheduled to be available for collection around Tuesday, October 14th. (Seats will be displayed on the day of the performance.)
  • If the accompanying person does not have a smartphone, only those who have applied at the time of application will be able to display the tickets of the accompanying person together on the applicant's terminal.
  • If you arrive without a ticket, it may take some time before you can enter. Please be sure to collect your ticket before arriving.
  • This performance is not eligible for official trading.
  • Admission method/personal identification
  • If you are selected, please be sure to register your photo with Ticket Plaza by the deadline, including the applicant and accompanying persons. If you do not register your photo, you will be denied entry.

  • Other notes
  • All ticket advances will be a lottery. It is not on a first-come-first-served basis, so please check the precautions regarding the performance during the reception period and apply so that there are no mistakes. After the reception is closed, a fair lottery will be held from among all applicants and the winner will be determined.
  • Immediately after the start of reception and near the end of reception, it may be difficult to connect due to the concentration of access. Please allow enough time to complete the application procedure.
  • Advance ticket sales are available before the general release of tickets. Please note that there is a limited number of reservations and all reservations are made by lottery, so we cannot guarantee that you will win or receive a good seat.
  • We cannot answer any inquiries/requests regarding seats.
  • We may ask you to provide your emergency contact information when purchasing tickets or visiting the venue.
  • Please note that we may provide necessary information upon request from government agencies, local governments, etc. regarding your personal information. The information you provide will not be used for any purpose other than the purposes described above.
  • No cancellations/changes/refunds can be made after purchasing tickets for any reason whatsoever. As an exception, we may inform you of a refund if the performance is cancelled.
  • We will provide a special area for wheelchair users. If you would like to use a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket for a reserved seat and be sure to contact the performance inquiry number at least 5 days before the performance. Please note that wheelchair seats are limited.

  • In the event of strong winds, the fireworks display may be canceled due to Tokyo Metropolitan Government regulations. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.

  • Important Notices Regarding Admission and Tickets

  • The adjacent Umi no Mori Park closes at 5pm. Please note that everyone will be required to leave the park after 5pm.
  • Stopping on the sidewalks of nearby public roads is prohibited as it may obstruct pedestrians. Please follow the instructions of staff who will be urging you to do so.
  • After the show, arranging a taxi using an app or calling a car to pick you up is strictly prohibited. General vehicles are prohibited from passing through the premises. All public roads are no-parking zones, so staff will urge you not to park or stop. Please note that anyone who does not follow instructions will be reported to the police.
  • "Waiting for entry" and "Waiting for exit" of the performers are prohibited. Troublesome or dangerous behavior may lead to the cancellation of the performance. At the venue, we ask for your cooperation in guiding the staff.
  • Inside and outside the venue, any crowding and trading of goods is prohibited.
  • Please remain in your seat during the performance. Any behavior that may disturb other customers' viewing, such as leaving your seat, running over, or leaning forward, is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from unnecessary seat changes, contact with other attendees, or lending or borrowing items during the performance.
  • Drinking is permitted inside the venue, but bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue is prohibited.
  • To purchase alcoholic beverages, you must present a government-issued photo ID with your date of birth. If you are unable to present this, we will refuse to sell you alcoholic beverages.
  • Umbrellas are not permitted inside the venue, even in the event of rain, including during the live performance. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat or poncho to prevent obstructed visibility and the risk of coming into contact with other customers.

    About resale/transfer
  • Any act of reselling tickets purchased at this reception to a third party for any reason is strictly prohibited. The act of providing/transferring to a third party for resale is also prohibited. Purchase of tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
  • Resale includes listing at auctions, bidding, buying and selling on the Internet, buying and selling through ticket shops, purchase agents, scalpers and malicious third parties.

  • Please note that if someone is found taking pictures or being recorded, their equipment will be immediately confiscated and they will be sent off. The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, etc. caused by not following the staff's instructions.

  • Regarding support goods and volunteer projects
  • Please be aware that creating merchandise using materials other than JO1 support advertisements (such as photos released on the official website or fan club, photos used in magazines, or photos taken secretly at performances or other locations where photography is not permitted) and selling or distributing them to an unspecified number of people constitutes an infringement of the artist's portrait rights, regardless of whether the seller makes a profit or not.   • When using fans, slogans, etc., it is prohibited to protrude from your seat. *Please note that the seat size may vary depending on the venue.
  • If the staff determines that it will interfere with the performance or cause trouble for other customers, we may refuse to use it.
  • Decorations on official goods are allowed as long as they fit within the size of each product.
  • Even if we receive a request for permission to execute a project by volunteers from our customers, we cannot intervene, cooperate, or support them.
  • It is prohibited to sell or distribute unofficial goods using JO1's portrait or name in the venue premises, nearby facilities and public places. In addition, such acts are not permitted at all.
  • In the unlikely event that unauthorized sales/distribution is discovered, the product will be confiscated and the person's identity will be confirmed. In the worst case, in order to prevent recurrence, we may inevitably take legal action against filming, recording, or recording without prior notice of the voyeur or eavesdropper as an illegal act.
