<About interlocking (pairing)>
* At "2021 JO1 LIVE "OPEN THE DOOR"", only the penlights brought to the venue will be linked.
*Please note that bringing anything other than the official penlight is prohibited due to production reasons.

On the day of the performance, the Penlight Support Center is expected to be crowded, so please read the following preparations and precautions before coming.
Penlights purchased at the venue on the day should be checked for defects on the spot. We will not be able to respond to defective exchanges after leaving once. Please note.


<Pre-check items>

A. Check if it works properly
*If you bring a "wireless control penlight" that has been used once, we recommend that you replace it with a new battery. During the performance, the batteries may run out and the lights may not turn on.
*When replacing the batteries, be sure to replace all three batteries.
Replacing only one or two may not work properly.
For the replacement method, see "C. How to install (replace) the battery" below.
*Press the button on the stick to turn on the power.
Each time the button is pressed, it switches as follows.
"White lit" → "White blinking" → "White fast blinking" → "Off (power off)"
*Press and hold the button to switch to Bluetooth mode and light up in blue.
However, since the control function does not work in Bluetooth mode, press and hold the button again to turn off Bluetooth mode. Please wait while the lights are glowing white just before the performance starts.

B. Precautions for use on the day of the performance
*JO1 OFFICIAL LIGHTSTICK is equipped with a wireless control function.
*When the performance starts, all the lights will go out due to radio waves from wireless devices, but this is not a malfunction.
*If you suddenly lose control during the performance or the red light remains lit, the remaining battery power is low. Please replace with new alkaline AAA batteries (all three).
*Battery consumption is accelerated due to wireless control, so we recommend that you replace the batteries with new ones if you want to use the lights once again.
*In rare cases, the lights may not work properly due to interference with radio waves from other wireless devices used in the performance, but this is not a malfunction.

C. Battery installation (replacement) method
We recommend preparing 3 new alkaline AAA batteries.
*Some stores around the venue may be out of stock.
* Alkaline AAA batteries will be sold at the official sales office, but the number is limited. Please be prepared in advance.
*Turn the cap at the bottom of the stick and remove the battery holder inside.
* Please put 3 alkaline AAA batteries in the holder.
Always use new alkaline AAA batteries when replacing batteries. Using other batteries (manganese batteries, etc.) may cause malfunction or malfunction.
* Be sure to set the "positive ⊕ negative Θ" of the battery correctly.
The side with the spring in the holder is negative (-).
If you set the battery "positive ⊕ negative Θ" in reverse, it may cause malfunction (lighting failure, heat generation, etc.).
*Insert the battery holder and close the cap. If the battery holder is inserted in the wrong direction, it will not work properly.
*If the light does not turn on even after checking the above, please come to the "Penlight Support Center" in the venue.

Free replacement is not available in the following cases.
① In the event of failure or damage due to negligence or carelessness in use.
② If you wish to exchange due to scratches that occurred during use
③ If you use services other than the official after-sales service center or disassemble, repair, or modify the product



<Precautions regarding product purchases, returns, and exchanges>
It is expected that it will be very crowded on the day. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding so that we can sell goods smoothly.

*Some products may be sold out even for customers who have a "time zone admission ticket".
*We are unable to provide product samples at the sales counter.
* Depending on the sales situation, the purchase limit may be lifted without prior notice.
*Since there are many sales outlets, there may be an error in the sold out products. Even after the customer places an order, the product may be sold out and may not be available for purchase.
*If the product is sold out, we will inform you on the product POP, but please note that there will be a time difference in the information.
