This mystery depicts the "ultimate sisterhood" that wives suffering from domestic violence from their husbands find in the depths of despair in order to survive. The story unfolds from two seemingly unrelated perspectives: "women regaining their lives in a house in Enoshima" and "a detective investigating the suspicious death of a woman discovered in Tateyama."
