[About application from store reservation]

* Customers who have made a reservation for the storefront deposit, please check the "showcase event application ticket" handed to you and apply from the application form yourself.

* Does not include the "Original Sticker 2-Disc Set", which is an original privilege of Tower Records, which is included with the purchase of the 3-type set.

* "Showcase event application ticket" will end as soon as it runs out even during the application period. In addition, please note that we will not be able to reissue the "Showcase event application ticket" under any circumstances.

* When you make a deposit reservation at the store, you will receive one "Showcase event application ticket" for each target product you reserve. You can only apply once on the special application site for each "Showcase event application ticket". Please note that if you apply multiple times with one "Showcase event application ticket", the application itself will be invalid.

*Even if you apply with a serial number that is not listed on the "Showcase event application ticket", it will be invalid.

*Please be sure to apply within the application period. Outside of the period will not be covered for any reason.

[Precautions when making a reservation at the store]

* Store reservations for target products are only available at the target store. Please note that reservations made by telephone or through the store reservation service on the Tower Records website (http://tower.jp/) are not eligible.

* Reservation registration is handled from the customer's smartphone / mobile phone (Galaho).

* Your mobile phone number and email address are required to register your reservation.

* Since the "reservation registration information" email will be delivered from the "towerrecords.co.jp" domain, please check the domain reception settings in advance. Also, the same applies if spam is set. If you do not receive the email, you cannot accept the reservation, so please be sure to check the reception settings on your device.

* When registering for reservations, please access the reservation site from the QR code provided at the target store.

*Click the "Create blank email" button on the displayed screen, check the sender's address, and then send the blank email.

*Once you receive the "Reservation registration information" email, please access the reservation registration screen from the URL in the email.

* Please select the desired reservation product, check the quantity, benefits, and notes, and enter the reservation details to register.

* When the reservation registration is completed, the QR code for payment will be displayed, so please present the QR code at the reception desk.

* After confirming the reservation details, we will give you an application ticket according to the number of reservations. Changes, cancellations, and refusal to receive are not possible after settlement is confirmed.

*After paying for the reserved item, you will receive a "[※ Disposal strictly prohibited] Payment completed / Information on how to receive" email, so the reservation reception is completed at this point. Please keep it in a safe place as you will need it when you pick it up at the store. *Payment is cash only depending on the store. Please check with each store to see if they accept credit cards.

[Regarding receipt of over-the-counter reserved products]

*Eligible products will be handed over from April 27, 2021 (Tuesday) at the advance payment reservation counter of the store where you made the reservation.

*When receiving the product, open the URL of the order information in the "Notice of payment completion" email and present the barcode for receiving the product. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.

* The product will be held for 4 weeks from the release date (until May 26, 2021 (Wednesday).

*The reservation will be considered canceled when the product hold period ends, and you will not be able to hand over the product. In that case, we cannot accept any returns.

*Regardless of whether you win or lose, we cannot accept any returns for pre-ordered products. If the product is defective, we will replace it with a non-defective product after confirmation.

■ Precautions when delivering

*Registration to the electronic ticket service teket is required to view live performances.

* Even if you share the distribution URL and post it on SNS, you can only view it with your own teket account.

*After the distribution ends, we plan to set up an archive distribution period for only 24 hours. No further deliveries will be made.

・Recording, audio recording, screenshots, etc. of the showcase online distribution event are strictly prohibited. Duplication, transfer, lending, uploading to the Internet/SNS, and other distribution of sound recordings (including recorded data) are strictly prohibited. If we discover that you have committed any of the prohibited acts, we will refuse your participation in future JO1-related events.

*There is a possibility that part of the event video will be released on official YouTube and other SNS after a certain period of time. Thank you for your understanding.
