<Regarding resale/transfer>

*Entries for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited. Resale of winning prizes to a third party for any reason is strictly prohibited. Also, providing it to a third party for resale is prohibited.

*If we discover that tickets have been listed at auctions or resold at high prices, we will refuse the seller and purchaser permission to participate in the event, and will prohibit them from participating in or entering any future JO1 events. We will verify the winner's identity on the day of the event, but if we are unable to verify their identity, they will be refused entry. Reselling includes listing/bidding on auctions, buying and selling on the Internet or social media, buying and selling through ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, and malicious third parties.

<About sound recording, video recording, and photography>

・特典会の会場内において、撮影可能場所以外の写真撮影、映像の撮影・録画、音声の録音、スクリーンショット等の行為は固く禁止いたします。また、録音・録画データの複製、譲渡、貸与、インターネット・SNS等へのアップロードも禁止いたします。

・上記行為が発覚した場合、または録音・録画が可能な状態であるとスタッフが判断した場合は、データの確認、データの削除、イベントの強制終了または退場処分等の対応を行う場合がございます。

・禁止行為が確認された場合は、今後のJO1関連イベントへのご参加をお断りする場合がございます。

・スタッフが危険行為または迷惑行為と判断した場合は、ご退場またはイベントを終了させていただくことがございます。その場合でも、商品の返金はいたしかねます。

・違反行為を発見した際は、お客様同士でのトラブル防止のため、お近くのスタッフまでお知らせください。
