If you wish to participate, please access the application website indicated on the "Application Lottery Ticket" enclosed in the first pressing (first production run) of the relevant "JO1 10TH SINGLE 'Handz In My Pocket'" that you have in your possession. On the application website, there is an application form for the rescheduled event, so please use the serial number written on the application lottery ticket to apply.
You can also enter the lottery using the entry ticket enclosed in the eligible products purchased for the first time.

* Plus member ID registration information you provide when you apply will be used to send your ticket if you are selected and to verify your identity at the event. *Registered personal information will be shared with LAPONE Entertainment and YOSHIMOTO KOGYO. In addition, personal information will not be used for purposes other than this event.

Please refrain from smoking or drinking while participating.
・Participation is limited to the scheduled time set by the organizer on each event date. We cannot accommodate requests outside of these hours.
- After any session has concluded, you will not be able to participate for any reason.
Please refrain from making excessive demands on the members. We may decline certain requests depending on their content.
- If the conversation contains inappropriate language (such as slander against members, questions that cannot be answered, forcing poses or expressions, or acts that violate public order and morals), the staff reserves the right to terminate the conversation even if it is still in progress.
Please refrain from wearing excessive face paint, as it may make it difficult to identify you. You may be asked to remove it on the spot, or your participation may be refused.
- Only business card-sized (or palm-sized) pin badges that attach to clothing are permitted as name tags or nameplates. Neck tags, fans, and handwritten name tags are prohibited. Please note that depending on the content, staff may refuse to allow their use.
Please remove any devices that may be capable of recording, filming, or taking pictures (such as mobile phones, smartphones, watches, etc.) when attending the event.

- Members may be suddenly absent due to illness or other reasons.
・Transportation and accommodation costs to and from the venue are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, refunds will not be issued even if there are changes to the performers or program.
Please be responsible for managing your own luggage and valuables. The organizers will not be held responsible for any theft or loss.
If you lose your winning email or forget the necessary items for entry, you will not be admitted for any reason. We will not be able to reissue the email.
The organizers assume no responsibility for any accidents, theft, or other troubles caused by attendees inside or outside the venue. Furthermore, any disputes with third parties must be resolved between the parties involved; the organizers will not be involved.
- If you engage in any behavior that disturbs other customers inside or outside the venue, or if you fail to follow the instructions of staff and personnel, you may be asked to leave. Please also be sure to follow all other precautions listed on the JO1 OFFICIAL SITE/JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB.
If you violate or fail to comply with the above precautions, you may be refused entry or asked to leave. Fan club members may have their membership terminated, and in that case, membership fees and annual fees will not be refunded.
・Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as those of the artist, we may be forced to cancel or change all or part of the fan event. In no event will we accept returns or refunds of merchandise due to the cancellation or change of the fan event or other events. Thank you for your understanding.
・There will be no rescheduling of the fan event if it is cancelled.
<About identity verification when participating in events>
On the day of the event, you will be required to present a designated "valid ID" (with photo) for identity verification. Please note that only ID with a photo will be accepted.
*Copies and expired documents will be invalid, so please be sure to bring the original document that is within the expiration date.
*Digital ID displayed on smartphones or other electronic devices (e.g., My Number card information stored on a smartphone) cannot be used as identification. Anyone who does not have official proof of identity will be denied participation, regardless of the reason.

<Regarding winning>

・If you are unable to participate due to unavoidable reasons after winning, please be sure to contact us using the inquiry form.
<Regarding resale/transfer>
・Applications for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to resell the winning benefits to a third party for any reason. Also, the act of providing to a third party for resale is prohibited.
・If we discover that tickets have been listed at auctions or resold at high prices, we will refuse the seller and purchaser permission to participate in the event, and will prohibit them from participating in or entering any future JO1 events. We will verify the identity of the winner on the day of the event, but if we are unable to verify their identity, we will refuse them permission to participate. Reselling includes selling/bidding on auctions, buying and selling on the Internet or social media, buying and selling through ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, and malicious third parties.
・We are not responsible for any troubles related to the transfer of application lottery tickets and serial numbers.
<About sound recording, video recording, and photography>
・It is strictly prohibited to take photographs, video, or audio recordings with a camera or mobile phone in the venue. Please note that if someone is found taking pictures or recording, their equipment will be immediately confiscated and they will be expelled from the venue. The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, etc. that occur due to non-compliance with the staff's instructions.
If you discover such behavior, please be sure to contact a nearby staff member as it may lead to trouble between customers. If the staff deems the act to be dangerous or a nuisance, you may be asked to leave. If you leave the venue, we will not be able to refund the product.
