Those who meet all the following conditions will be eligible for shipping.

- Those who registered for the "Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course" by December 31, 2025.

- Those who opted for "automatic renewal" or completed the "renewal procedure" between November 1, 2025 and March 31, 2027.

- Members whose membership is valid from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027.

【Notes】

Continuing from last year, we have extended the grace period for membership continuation from the usual one month to three months for the time being.

If you continue during the grace period, your registration information and other history will be carried over.

Please note that the extension of the grace period may be changed to the usual one month without prior notice.

If you are using credit card payment and have stopped automatic renewal, you can renew your membership starting one month before your membership expires. Even if your membership has expired, you can still renew it within one month.

However, please note that for payments made in US dollars, the membership period is one year from the payment date. Therefore, if you renew before your current expiration date, your membership period will be shortened accordingly.

If you joined before 10:00 AM on January 26, 2026 and have set up automatic renewal, your renewal will be processed around the end of the month in which your membership expires.

If your payment was settled in dollars on or after 10:00 AM on January 26, 2026, and you have set up automatic renewal, the renewal process will be performed at the same time (scheduled) on your membership start date the following year.

-Delivery will be by regular mail or international parcel.

・It may take about a week to deliver depending on traffic conditions and your area.

• There is a limited period for accepting exchanges for defective products. Please check the product as soon as possible after arrival.

◆ Notes

・Members who have joined the JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB "Monthly Membership Fee Course" and new members are not eligible.

If you need to change your address, please do so during the period specified in the NEWS section.

・We will only accept requests for reshipment in the case of non-delivery or defective products due to delivery accidents, etc., after shipment. Please note that we cannot provide assistance for non-delivery due to customer reasons such as incorrect address.

Continuation procedures can be carried out from the 1st of the month in which your membership expires until the last day of 3 months later.
