JO1が12月29日（月）放送の日本テレビ「発表！今年イチバン聴いた歌〜年間ミュージックアワード 2025〜」に出演することが決定いたしました。

Therefore, we are looking for people who can participate in the program from "JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB" members.

Please apply after confirming the outline and precautions below.

【番組観覧概要】

■日程：12月29日（月）17:30-22:54 生放送

■会場：都内某所

■集合時間：16:00（予定）

※集合時間が変更になる場合がございます。詳細は追って当選者にご連絡いたします。

*Transportation expenses to the venue will be borne by the customer.

※駐車場がありませんので、最寄りの交通機関をご利用ください。

ご当選者の方へ｢当選ハガキ｣を郵送させていただきます。（12月25日～28日頃を予定しております。）

*The shipping address will be the fan club registration address. Please make sure there are no mistakes.

【Qualification requirements】

・2025年12月29日（月）収録日の時点でJO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB会員期限が有効である会員様（ご本人様のみ）

・2025年12月29日（月）収録日の時点で、成人されている方（18歳以上）

2025年12月21日（日）11:00 ~ 2025年12月22日（月）23:59まで

当選ハガキの発送をもって当選発表とさせていただきます。

当日は身分証確認を行います。必ず本人確認可能な写真付き身分証をお持ちください。（コピー不可）

1. Passport

2.Driver's License/International Driver's License (Temporary driver's license not accepted)

3. Basic Resident Register card

4. My number card (notice card is not acceptable)

5. Residence card, special permanent resident certificate

6. Disability certificate (physical disability certificate, mental disability certificate, insurance welfare certificate, rehabilitation certificate)

【Notes】

・当選者様に「当選ハガキ」を郵送させて頂きます。

・観覧席は、1枚で1名様がご入場できます。

・当日「当選ハガキ」を必ずご持参の上、会場へお越しください。

・ Only winners can participate. (Companion cannot enter)

・当日は、顔付き身分証を確認させて頂きますので、必ずご持参ください。

・You cannot change the content of your application after applying, or transfer the winning right after winning.

・放送時間が22時を過ぎるため、応募対象は18歳以上の方のみとなります。予めご了承ください。

・生放送のため途中退場はできません。スタッフより退場のご案内があるまで、客席にてご観覧をお願い致します。また、放送終了後、建物を出られるのは23時頃となります。

・公共交通機関をご利用の上、ご自身でご帰宅できる方のみご応募をお願い致します。

・番組の演出にご協力いただくにあたり、起立/着席/座席移動をお願いすることがございます。

・番組の演出上、客席が映り込む場合がございます。ご了承いただける方のみ、ご応募ください。放送のみならず、二次利用(見逃し配信・再放送・部分利用・海外番販含む)もございます。

・番組協力の為、映り込みを承諾していただける方のみ、ご応募ください。 (顔を隠す行為などはご遠慮ください)

・会場はホテル宴会場となります。暗転のタイミングもございますので、当日は明るい色のフォーマルな服装でご来場ください。

・Transportation expenses to the venue, accommodation expenses, etc. will be borne by the person himself/herself.

・生放送及び、周りのお客様へのご迷惑となる危険行為や撮影等が発見された場合、強制的に退場を命じられる場合がございます。

・Bringing in or using cameras, videos, etc. is strictly prohibited.

・他人、親族に関わらず第三者への「当選ハガキ」の譲渡はできません。また、「当選ハガキ」の個人売買・X やオークションサイトなどでの転売行為は固く禁止いたします。そのような行為が発覚した場合、「当選ハガキ」入場券は無効とさせていただきます。
