STEP①

LINEアプリにて「Be brave!」を着信音、呼出音、LINEプロフィールBGMのいずれかを設定し、設定したことが分かる画面のスクリーンショットを撮影し保存してください。

STEP②

Please fill in the necessary information in the dedicated application form below and send it within the application period.

*Upload the screenshot taken in STEP 1 in the "Attach image" field of the application form.

*Once your application is complete, an automatic reply email will be sent to the email address you entered.
