This is information regarding the sound check event for customers who have upgraded seats for "JO1DER SHOW 2025 'WHEREVER WE ARE' IN TOKYO DOME".
[Upgrade Seat Sound Check Event]
●How to enter
1. All participants will be identified at the Upgrade Seat Identification Booth.
Please see below for the location of the identity verification booth and the schedule for this event.
Please be sure to complete your identity verification during reception hours.
Once your identity has been verified, we will put on a wristband on the spot.
Please make sure to keep your wristband on until the soundcheck event has ended.
If your wristband is lost or damaged, it cannot be reissued for any reason.
2. Please arrive at your designated gate at the time the entrance opens for the sound check event.
When it is time to enter, please enter through the designated gate.
When entering a sound check event, we will check both your wristband and ticket.
Please have your ticket ready. If we are unable to verify your ticket, you will not be allowed entry.

*Please note that if you are late for the identity verification reception time or the start of admission, you may not be able to enter the sound check event. In that case, please note that you may be allowed to enter after the opening time of the main performance.
*The reception desk is expected to be very busy. We ask for your cooperation in coming early.
*Please note that it may take some time to verify your identity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
*Please do not remove the wristband that you will be given after your ticket has been checked. If you do remove the wristband, you may be asked to leave, so please be careful.
*Wristbands that show signs of cutting, pasting, or tampering will not be allowed to be used.

[1. Important points regarding identity verification]
On the day of the event, please bring the following documents required for identity verification.
1. Performance tickets
★The upgraded seat ticket will display the name and photo of the applicant and your companion. Please make sure to hold a ticket with your own name and photo displayed when entering the venue.
*If you have purchased multiple tickets, please receive and display the electronic tickets on [your and your accompanying person's respective smartphones].
*The name registered to Plus member ID at the time of application will be displayed on the ticket. Only the person registered to Plus member ID at the time of application will be allowed to enter.
*No changes will be accepted under any circumstances. Please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when applying.
*The name cannot be changed once it has been applied for. If for any reason the surname registered with OFFICIAL FANCLUB needs to change, please contact FANCLUB with the details clearly stated.
*On the day of the performance, please prepare an ID with your new surname on it.
<About the electronic ticket irregular response desk>
The electronic ticket irregular desk will be very busy immediately before the show begins.
On the day, the counter will open at the same time as the identity verification booth reception opening time, so please arrive with plenty of time.
Please note that if you arrive just before the show starts, you may not be able to make it in time for the sound check.
2. Valid ID
We will be conducting identity checks on all attendees. Please be sure to bring a valid form of identification* that can verify the name on the ticket. Please see the list of valid forms of identification below.

9. Student ID with photo *Student ID cards of persons aged 19 or over will not be accepted even if they have a photo.
10. Rehabilitation record book
*Copying is not allowed in any case. Please bring the actual item within the expiration date.
*Please note that we will not accept any ID documents that have been copied, handwritten, expired, or tampered with to make them unusable. Using tampered or counterfeit IDs is a criminal act.
*Please note that if we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry.
*Please note that ticket prices and other refunds will not be given even if you are unable to enter the venue.
*Please note that when verifying your identity, audio and video recording may be made in order to keep a record of the facts.
*The reception desk is expected to be very crowded. If you arrive late for the reception desk or the start of admission, you may not be able to enter the sound check event. Please arrive early.
[2. Notes regarding upgrade seats]
・Upgraded seats are seats that allow you to participate in the main performance as well as the sound check event before the performance, and you will be able to watch the entire performance from the sound check event to the main performance in the same seat in the upgrade-only arena area.
・You will not be able to leave the venue from the time you enter the sound check event until the end of the performance. If you leave, you will not be able to re-enter. Please be aware of this in advance. You may leave your seat to go to the restroom, leave your seat to use the concession stand in the venue, or move to the lobby for the purpose of taking a break.
- Even if you are unable to attend the sound check event due to your own circumstances, the ticket price will not be refunded in part or in full.
・If you arrive late for the reception or admission start time, you may not be able to enter the sound check event. In that case, you will be able to enter from the opening time of the main performance.
・We cannot answer any inquiries regarding seats, such as the location of upgraded seats.
・If you are selected for an upgrade seat, please make sure to register your face photo on Ticket Plaza by the deadline, including the applicant and accompanying person. If you do not register your face photo, you will be denied entry.
・If you have already registered, there is no need to re-register. You can check your registration status on My Page.
・We will verify the identity of all attendees by having them show an electronic ticket with the purchaser's name and photo displayed, as well as an ID card designated by the organizers. Please note that we will refuse entry to those who are unable to verify their identity.
・Upgrade seat sound check event schedule may change at short notice. In that case, please note that tickets cannot be refunded.
