*When using credit cards or QR code payments, the payment may take some time depending on the communication conditions. In addition, you may not be able to use the payment method due to communication environment or other reasons.

《グッズの返品・交換に関する注意事項》

◎お客様都合による商品の交換・返品は一切いたしかねます。

◎Due to the materials and production process, there may be some scratches or scuffs on the surface of the product. Please note that there are no problems with use.

◎ご購入品のお渡し間違い、釣り銭の不足などがないように心がけて販売を行いますが、必ずご購入後にその場でご確認ください。時間経過後のお申し出には対応いたしかねます。

◎不良品の交換は購入日に会場のみとなります。ご購入後すみやかにご確認をお願いいたします。また該当商品が品切れの場合は返金にて対応させていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。

◎EC販売でご購入された商品の不良の交換は、ご購入されたECサイトへお問い合わせください。当日販売の会場では対応いたしかねます。

◎OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKをご購入いただいた方は、必ず点灯確認を行ってください。不良につきましては、販売時間内に購入レシートをご提示の上、スタッフにお声掛けください。レシート紛失や購入日のグッズ販売時間以外は理由問わず対応いたしかねます。

《グッズの商品購入に関する注意事項》

◎販売数には限りがございます。売り切れ商品がでることがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

◎販売窓口での商品サンプル提示はご対応いたしかねます。

◎販売窓口が多数となりますので、商品の完売のご案内については時差が生じる場合がございます。お客様よりご注文いただいた後におきましても、商品が完売した場合には、ご購入いただけないことがございます。

◎商品完売の場合は、商品POPにてご案内いたしますが、ご案内に時差が生じますこと、あらかじめご了承ください。

◎該当商品が完売の場合は返金にて対応させていただく場合がございます。

◎OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKに電池は付属しておりませんのであらかじめご了承ください。

《グッズの販売場所での注意事項》

◎会場及び会場周辺での徹夜及び深夜からの集合、騒音が発生するような行為は、近隣のご迷惑となりますので、一切禁止とさせていただきます。

◎整列開始時間より前に独自に列を形成されていてもその列は無効とさせていただきます。列形成の際はスタッフが誘導いたします。

◎It is extremely dangerous to cut into the line, or to run when the line starts, so it is strictly prohibited.

◎混雑状況に応じて整理券を発券する可能性もございます。

◎当日の天候や状況に応じて、入場整列開始時間および入場列・待機場所を変更する場合がございます。また、運営状況に応じて、予告なしに入場方法を変更する場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。変更の際は、現場スタッフの指示に従っていただくようお願いいたします。

◎グッズ購入の待機列には、ご購入されるお客様のみの整列とさせていただきます。お連れ様には販売エリアの外でお待ちいただくようお願いいたします。なお、入場待機列でのお待ち合わせはご遠慮願います。

◎The following actions will be a nuisance to other customers and are prohibited.

* Product trading at the booth venue or near the facility

* Sit-ins around the facility

*Occupying benches for long periods of time

If any of these actions are deemed to be occurring, our staff will contact you.

◎Please follow the instructions of staff inside and outside the venue and in the waiting line. If you do not follow the instructions, if you violate the rules, or if you cause a nuisance to others, we may be forced to suspend or cancel the sale. In such cases, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible.

◎天候等やむを得ない事情や当日の運営上の都合により、予告なく販売を終了させていただく場合や各販売時間を変更する可能性がございます。また、内容等の変更・販売中止となる場合もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

◎The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.

◎We will not accept any inquiries regarding the venue facilities.
