※電子チケットについて：

・本公演のチケットは、「JO1 OFFICIAL APP」にて電子チケットを発券します。チケットのお受け取り、公演当日ご入場の際にはスマートフォン専用アプリ「JO1 OFFICIAL APP」対応のスマートフォンが必要となります。

・電子チケットのお受け取りは、各先行によって異なります。詳しくは各受付ページをご確認ください。(座席の表示は公演日当日を予定しております。)

・18歳以下の同行者の方がスマートフォンをお持ちでない場合、同行者のチケットはお申込者の端末にまとめて表示され、申込者の方と同時入場となります。当日本人確認を実施する場合がございますので、有効な身分証をお持ちください。

・本公演は、お一人様1枚チケットをお持ちいただきご入場いただきますので、同行者の方には、「JO1 OFFICIAL APP」を利用しチケットを分配してください。お申込者の分のチケットは、他の方に分配・譲渡出来ませんのでご注意ください。

・同行者の方が、チケットをお受け取りいただく際、同行者の方も「JO1 OFFICIAL APP」をダウンロード、利用登録(無料)をしていただく必要がございます。お申込みの際は、必ず本公演の参加者全員が、対応OSを搭載し、SMS認証が利用可能なスマートフォンをお持ちかをご確認の上、お申込みください。

・未分配のままご来場されますと、ご入場までにお時間がかかる場合がございます。必ずご来場までにチケットの分配、同行者の「JO1 OFFICIAL APP」のご登録・チケット受取をお済ませください。

・やむを得ない理由により参加できなくなった場合は公式トレードをご利用ください。

《Regarding returns and exchanges》

◎ We cannot exchange or return products due to customer convenience.

◎Due to the materials and production process, there may be some scratches or scuffs on the surface of the product. Please note that there are no problems with use.

◎ご購入品のお渡し間違い、釣り銭の不足などがないように心がけて販売を行いますが、必ずご購入後にその場でご確認ください。時間経過後のお申し出には対応いたしかねます。

◎不良品の交換も当日会場販売のみとなります、ご購入後すみやかにご確認をお願いいたします。また該当商品が品切れの場合は返金にて対応させていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。

《Precautions regarding product purchases, returns, and exchanges》

◎販売数には限りがございます。売り切れ商品がでることがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

◎ We are unable to provide product samples at the sales window.

◎販売窓口が多数となりますので、商品の完売のご案内については時差が生じる場合がございます。お客様よりご注文いただいた後におきましても、商品が完売した場合には、ご購入いただだけないことがございます。

◎If the product is sold out, we will inform you through the product POP, but please note that there will be a time difference in the information.

◎該当商品が完売の場合は返金にて対応させていただく場合がございます。

◎Staying up all night at the venue or in the vicinity of the venue, gathering from late at night, or engaging in activities that generate noise will be a nuisance to the neighborhood and is strictly prohibited.

◎If you form a line before the start of the queue, that line will be invalid. Staff will guide you in forming the line.

◎It is extremely dangerous to cut into the line, or to run when the line starts, so it is strictly prohibited.

◎The entrance line start time and the entrance queue/waiting area may change depending on the weather and other conditions on the day. Please note that the entrance method may also change without notice depending on the operational situation. In the event of any changes, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.

◎オフィシャルグッズ購入の待機列には、ご購入されるお客様のみの整列とさせていただきます。お連れ様には物販エリアの外でお待ちいただくようお願いいたします。なお、入場待機列でのお待ち合わせはご遠慮願います。

* Sit-ins around the facility

*Occupying benches for long periods of time

If any of these actions are deemed to be occurring, our staff will contact you.

◎Please follow the instructions of staff inside and outside the venue and in the waiting line. If you do not follow the instructions, if you violate the rules, or if you cause a nuisance to others, we may be forced to suspend or cancel the sale. In such cases, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible.
