Please check your member information from "Confirm/Change Member Information" on My Page after logging in to the site.

1) Confirmation of registered address

If you have an apartment name or building name, please register it correctly without abbreviating it.

If you have any concerns about registering or notating your own address, please check with the nearest post office or delivery company's sales office.

Because the rules may differ depending on the region, even if you make an inquiry regarding the correctness of your address, we will not be able to give you an accurate answer.

2) Confirmation of registered name

If the address is different from the nameplate of your home, the benefits you sent will be returned due to "wrong nameplate".

For those customers, please register "(name of nameplate) Mr." at the end of the address.
