<Common Precautions>
・In each event, we will verify your identity in advance with the customer information at the time of winning and the "personal identification document with face photo" specified here. Only the selected person can participate. Participation by more than one person is prohibited. If illegal resale or illegal transfer is discovered on auctions, ticket resale sites, or SNS, or if it is discovered that the registered information is false, we will refuse your participation and will not allow you to participate in future JO1 related events. We will refuse any participation.
・We strictly prohibit customers from recording calls, audio recordings, screenshots, etc. If it is discovered, the online talk will be forcibly terminated. Duplication, transfer, lending, uploading to the Internet/SNS, and other distribution of sound recordings (including recorded data) are strictly prohibited. In the event that an act that falls under any of the prohibited items is discovered, we will refuse any future participation in JO1 related events.

・Regardless of the date of the event, you will be able to participate within the time allotted by the organizer for each member. We will not respond overtime.
・Please participate in an environment where the communication situation is stable. If the communication environment is unstable, you may not be able to use it comfortably, such as freezing. Please note that we cannot compensate for the customer's poor environment or equipment trouble.
・If you use a mobile phone line, a separate communication fee will be charged. Communication charges are the responsibility of the customer.
・The organizer will not be held responsible for any reason whatsoever if there is a problem or failure with the customer's mobile phone or network environment, or if an error such as communication is interrupted during a call. again. The organizer will not be held responsible for any damages caused by these events.
Transfers will be handled only if there is a problem caused by the organizer or the system.
・If you are unable to participate due to the customer's circumstances such as not being on time or the line is not connected, or if there is a problem with the communication environment on the customer's side or the terminal such as a smartphone, we will not be able to make a transfer. Please note that we will not do anything.
・If viewing is not possible in your area or due to other reasons, we cannot respond. Please note.
・Forcibly terminate the conversation even in the middle of the conversation at the discretion of the staff, such as when inappropriate expressions are seen in the content of the conversation (slander of the members, questions that cannot be answered, forced poses/expressions, acts contrary to public order and morals, etc.) We may do so.

・Members may suddenly be absent due to poor physical condition.
