JO1's 8th NEW SINGLE "HITCHHIKER" will be released on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
HITCHHIKER departs in search of love
JO1 is heading towards a brighter tomorrow, crossing the boundaries between dreams and reality.
The eighth single, "HITCHHIKER," expresses the journey of searching for romance amidst the harsh reality that young people face, metaphorically portraying "HITCHHIKER setting out on a journey in search of love."
This work supports the love of people living their youth while singing about various forms of love, such as going on a journey in search of love that you don't know where it is, having the courage to confess to your loved one, and sometimes even seducing them. , shows that the entire journey is a ``romance of youth''.
The album contains 6 songs in total, divided into different formats: the title track "Love seeker," with its funky beat and live sound; the energetic "Test Drive" in the Alternative Rock genre; the unit songs "Sugar" and "Lied to You," which allow you to enjoy the diverse charms of the JO1 members with new combinations; "Lemon Candy," composed by CNBLUE's Jung Yonghwa (정 용화) and with member JUNKI's participation in writing the lyrics; and "Aqua," a tie-up song for the hair care brand Sorule.
