The official app is required for electronic ticket issuance.

[For admission]

** To enter, you will need to apply for a "numbered ticket number" on a first-come, first-served basis.

** Numbered tickets are a system used to alleviate congestion.

** Depending on the congestion situation on the day, the guidance time may change. In addition, some slots may be opened to those who do not have a numbered ticket or who have not been able to obtain a numbered ticket in the first-come, first-served time slot. Please note.

※Notes※

・Make an entrance line in the order of the reference number, and enter under the guidance of the staff.

・You can wait at the waiting area 30 minutes before the entrance time, in the order of the reference number, for each block.

・At the entrance time, the staff will call the reference number printed on your electronic ticket and guide you to the entrance line in the order of the reference number.

・Customers who did not line up in the entrance line when the staff called their reference number will be guided to the end of the entrance line for that division after calling all the numbers for the relevant department regardless of the reference number. Let's eat.

・However, please note that depending on the time of your visit, you may not be able to enter the division you wish to enter.

・Please refrain from waiting before each entry waiting time, as it will be a nuisance to general customers.

・It will be a complete replacement system for each hour.

・Re-entry is not allowed, one entry per person.

・Please check these precautions before entering. Please note that we may not be able to guide you if you do not follow the precautions.

・Please follow the instructions of the staff regarding entry and lining up. If you do not follow these rules, we may refuse your entry. Sorry for the delay.

・Even if you arrive at the entrance time, the entrance time may change depending on the situation on the day. Please note.

・Please refrain from waiting in the waiting area or in the entrance queue.

・Waiting, lining up, or visiting from late at night or early in the morning is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to nearby residents and other facility users.

・It is extremely dangerous to cut in the line, or to run when the line starts, so it is strictly prohibited.

・Individually formed queues before the start time of lining up will be invalid.

・Depending on the weather and other conditions on the day of the event, operations may be canceled, or the entrance queue start time, entrance queue, and waiting area may be changed. The act of providing/transferring to a third party for resale is also prohibited. In addition, it is strictly prohibited to apply for numbered tickets for the purpose of resale.

[Requests to visitors]

*JO1 MART will be operated in accordance with the guidelines of the government and local governments. Please follow the entrance/exit flow, viewing and sales rules set by the organizer.

* Eating, drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited in the venue.

*There are no toilets in the venue.

*Photos or videos may be taken at the venue during the event. Please note that the photos, images, videos, etc. taken may be used for future promotional materials.

* Large luggage such as carry bags cannot be brought into the venue.

*Priority entry may be given to those using wheelchairs or those with disabilities at the discretion of the staff.

*Photography is allowed inside the venue. However, please refrain from flash photography, the use of selfie sticks, tripods, etc., video photography, and sound recording. When shooting, please be considerate of other customers and follow the staff's instructions.

*If other visitors are in the photo, please be careful when handling the photo.
