This time, we have changed the monthly payment method by credit card, so if you are using credit card monthly payment, please be sure to read it.

 

If you are currently using credit card monthly payment and there is a possibility that your registered credit card has expired,

Please check if there are any problems with the registered card information (card number and expiration date) by the end of [3/15 (Wednesday)].

If there are any changes to your registered card information, please follow the steps below to update it.

Also, if the expiration date of your credit card changes in the future, please change it each time.

 

<How to check/change credit card information>

① Log in to "JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB" with Plus member ID (or registered email address) and password.

② Select "Card information confirmation/change procedure" on My Page

③Enter the password again

④The credit card information will be displayed. If you need to change the card information, such as if the expiration date has passed, select "Change card information" and enter the correct information.

 

After March​ ​2023,

If the credit card information held by "JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB" has expired, the membership will be automatically withdrawn.

Even if you are automatically unsubscribed due to the above, if you apply for membership again within one month with the same Plus member ID (email address), the original date of membership will be carried over.

However, if more than one month has passed, you will not be able to continue using the membership date. Please note.

The credit card company confirms whether the credit card is valid and whether the credit limit has been reached, and then secures the credit card usage limit.

 

Please note that we cannot investigate the status of credit card usage.
