Below are the notes for JO1 1ST FANMEETING, which will be held on January​ ​31st, February​ ​1st in Yokohama, and February​ ​18th​-20th in Osaka.

[About tickets]

Personal authentication will be done on the day.

[About the venue]

Please do not collect in front of the venue as it will be a nuisance to the building and neighboring tenants.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in leaving the venue as soon as possible after the performance.

 

[About before the opening and after the performance]

Please do not wait to leave or enter the venue as it will cause inconvenience to the residents near the venue and the venue.

 

[About delivery/gifts]

・Only letters will be accepted at the fan letter reception in the venue lobby.

・We do not accept presents other than letters, food and drinks (whether fresh, ready-made, or handmade).

Also, please note that there are things that the staff may refuse at their discretion.

 

[About congratulatory flowers]

At this event, we accept stand flowers, arrangement flowers, etc., regardless of individuals or groups.

In that case, please arrive at the Yokohama venue in the morning on January 31 (Friday) and the Osaka venue in the morning on February 18 (Tuesday).

Also, to the supplier who requested the order

[Photography and recording during the performance is strictly prohibited]

Filming and recording by anyone other than the staff approved by the organizer is strictly prohibited.

We will clear the data and leave the premises as soon as we discover that the customer is recording or shooting with a mobile phone, digital camera, IC recorder, etc. Please do not do such acts.

Customers who behave in a manner that disturbs other customers or who do not follow the instructions of staff inside or outside the venue may be asked to leave.

No refunds will be made for admission tickets, etc.

The organizer is not responsible for any accidents, thefts, troubles, etc. caused by customers inside or outside the venue.

In addition, if an accident or injury to a third party is caused by an equivalent act

We will resolve the issue between the parties. The organizer will not be involved in any kind of discussion or problem solving.
