<App operation method>

① : Install the [HELLO! MOVIE] app (free) on your smartphone, tablet, or other mobile device (App Store / Google Play)

②: Start the [HELLO! MOVIE] app, select <[Commentary version] JO1 THE MOVIE 'Unfinished'-Go to the TOP > from the [List of audio guide movies] to download the guide data.

*We recommend downloading in advance at home or in a place with a Wi-Fi environment before visiting the theater. Also, please check if earphones and smartphones can be used with [Operation check] in the app.

③ : Connect headphones or earphones to your mobile device at the theater and launch the [HELLO! MOVIE] app. When the screening starts, the audio guide will start automatically.

*From 3/22 (Tue.), it will be possible to pre-download the sound source data in the HELLO! MOVIE app [Audio guide movie list]. Available in the theater from 3/25 (Friday).

*We do not rent terminals, headphones, or earphones at the theater.

*There is no change in the sound function at the time of screening. Please keep in mind that there are people around you who have earphones connected to their smartphones.

*When using earphones or headphones in the theater, please be considerate of other guests, such as adjusting the volume.

* Even if you are using the commentary sub-audio, please finish operating your smartphone before the screening starts, and refrain from operating during the screening except for adjusting the volume.

* We recommend that you fully charge your smartphone in advance.

* If you are concerned about data communication capacity, please download in advance under Wi-Fi environment.

*Supported OS: iOS 11.0 or higher, Android requirement 4.2 or higher

*This is a service that allows you to listen to the secondary audio at the same time during the screening using a dedicated app and earphones.

*Depending on the model of Bluetooth earphones, the Bluetooth connection may be turned off when the airplane mode is turned on, so please check the connection settings in advance.

* When you open the downloaded app, you will be asked for "Access to the microphone", so be sure to press OK. Since the application operates in response to the sound of the microphone, the sound will not flow unless the microphone is turned on.

*Once you are ready in the theater, we recommend that you set your smartphone for the commentary sub-audio to airplane mode.

*May not be available at some theaters.
