* At "2021 JO1 LIVE "OPEN THE DOOR"", only the penlights brought to the venue will be linked.

*Please note that bringing anything other than the official penlight is prohibited due to production reasons.

・Be sure to replace the battery with a new one before linking.
Prepare 3 x AAA alkaline batteries.
・Please turn on the power before the performance starts. Press the button on the stick body to turn on the power.
・JO1 OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK is equipped with a wireless control function and is linked with the venue.
・When the performance starts, the LED of the penlight will turn off and it will be converted to preparation mode. Please be assured that this is not a malfunction.

* When linking to the venue, the application does not need to be started.
*Batteries are not included, so be sure to prepare them yourself in advance.
* Batteries will be sold separately at the official goods sales office, but only for those who have a time slot admission ticket for official goods sales. We may be out of stock, so please prepare in advance.

[Precautions for use]

・Movements that protrude into adjacent seats or aisles are also prohibited.
・If the staff determines that it will interfere with the performance or cause trouble for other customers, we may refuse to use it. Please note.

・Decoration on official goods is possible as long as it is within the size of each product.
・We cannot intervene, cooperate, or support even if you contact us for permission to execute a project by volunteers.
・It is prohibited to sell or distribute unofficial goods using JO1's portrait or name in the venue premises, nearby facilities and public places. In addition, such acts are not permitted at all.
In the unlikely event that unauthorized sales or distribution is discovered, the product will be confiscated and the person's identity will be confirmed. In even more malicious cases, we may photograph or record the voyeur or eavesdropper without prior notice in order to prevent recurrence, or we may be forced to take legal action as an illegal act. Please refrain from such actions.
Also, unless the number of people who buy such products decreases, it will be difficult to reduce sales and distribution activities. We kindly ask for your understanding that this is an act that violates the rights of the artist.


<About returns and exchanges>
・We cannot exchange or return products due to customer convenience.
・Due to the material and production process, there may be some scratches or rubbing on the surface of the product. Please note that there are no defects in use.
・We will do our best to ensure that you do not mistakenly hand over the purchased item or run out of change, but please be sure to check it on the spot after purchase. We will not be able to accommodate late requests.
・Defective items can only be exchanged at the venue on the day. Please check it as soon as possible after purchase. Please note that we may issue a refund if the product is out of stock.
