アップグレードシートについて
    アップグレードシートは本公演のほか、公演前のサウンドチェックイベントにご参加いただける座席であり、サウンドチェックイベントから本公演まで専用アリーナエリア内の同じお席でご観覧いただけます。
    お申込者様の情報も、指定席に当選・ご入金されたものと同じ内容でのお申込みが必要です。変更されたり、異なる情報を登録された場合は、無効になりますのでご注意ください。
    アップグレードシートの場所等、座席に関するお問い合わせには一切お答えできません。
    アップグレードシートにご当選された方は、申込者・同行者様を含め、必ず期日までにチケプラへの顔写真の登録をおこなってください。顔写真の登録が無い場合には、入場をお断りさせていただきます。
    すでにご登録済みの方は再登録の必要はございません。登録状況はマイページで確認できます。
    購入者のお名前と顔写真が表示された電子チケット及び主催者指定の身分証明書のご提示にて、来場者様全員のご本人様確認をさせていただきます。ご本人様確認が取れなかった方は、ご入場をお断りさせていただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Admission on the day

  • 購入者のお名前と顔写真が表示された電子チケット及び主催者指定の身分証明書のご提示にて、来場者様全員のご本人様確認をさせていただきます。ご本人様確認が取れなかった方は、ご入場をお断りさせていただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。申込者・同行者ともにチケット券面に記載のあるお名前の本人確認ができる「有効な身分証」を必ず持参してください。
    • ※18歳以下の同行者の方がスマートフォンをお持ちでない場合は18歳以下の同行者スマホ未所持対応についてをご確認ください。
    当選された方は必ず顔写真登録をご入場前までに完了させてください。
    顔写真登録は、申込者・同行者様それぞれ必要となります。
    顔写真の審査完了までにお時間をいただく場合がございますので予めご了承ください。
    チケットには、お申込み時のPlus member IDにご登録の氏名が表示されます。
    ご本人以外はご入場いただけません。いかなる理由があろうとも、変更は受け付けいたしませんので、お申込みの際はお間違え・ご入力漏れの無いようご注意ください。

    We provide an official ticket trade and resale service that allows you to exchange tickets at a fixed price. Unlike ticket resale sites, you can rest assured from transaction to admission, such as "fixed price transaction" and "admission guarantee"!

    Ticket trade/resale is a lottery system!
    The lottery will be held at 12:00 every day during the trade/resale period.
    • *You can make a successful bid if you enter and win, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • *Customers cannot specify trade/resale destinations.
    Trade and resale tickets at full price!
    The following fees will be charged separately.

    The winning ticket will be issued as an electronic ticket!
    Even if you win a ticket, you can sell it again within the trade period.

    Please note that Ticket Plaza Trade is a service for Japan only, and those who do not have a domestic account cannot sell tickets.

    Those who do not possess a bank account in Japan are not eligible to exhibit in Tixplus trade.We appreciate your understanding that the procedure will differ depending on your own situation, as the trade system is a domestic service.

    必ずマイページにて登録情報（漢字氏名、住所、電話番号）をご確認いただいたうえで、お申込みにお進みください。

    申込画面でご入力する電話番号が 「チケットをダウンロードされるスマートフォン端末の電話番号」 と相違ないか、必ずご確認ください。電話番号が異なる場合は、電子チケットの受け取りができませんので、十分にご注意ください。
    複数のPlus member IDを取得してしまった方は、下記よりお問い合わせの上、IDの統合をお願いいたします。
