◆Eligibility

Only those in possession of the following two items are eligible to use this service:

※Please check the following pre-sale dates and times, as separate information is provided for some performances with shorter sales times.

 

・The booths are available for the exclusive use of audiences members who hold a ticket for the performance date and time. Please note that audience members not in possession of a ticket are not permitted to use the booths.

※A number of performances with limited sales times will be announced separately, so please check the pre-sale date and time below.

 

・Numbered tickets for the purchase of goods will be distributed to enable audience members to purchase goods at the venue with greater peace of mind.

You will require a Numbered Ticket for the Purchase of Goods in order to be able to purchase official goods. (The numbered ticket does not necessarily guarantee that stocks of goods will be available.)

ABOUT JO1 OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK  PAIRING

 

※For 2022 JO1 1ST ARENA LIVE TOUR 'KIZUNA'  only penlights that are brought in to the venue will be paired.

※Please note that bringing anything other than the official penlight in to the venue is prohibited for production-related reasons.

 

ABOUT PAIRING

◆Please be sure to replace the batteries before pairing. (3 alkaline AAA batteries)

◆ How the pairing works

・Please turn the light stick on before the start of the performance. You can do this by pressing the button on the body of the stick.

・The JO1 OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK  has a wireless control function that allows the light stick to pair automatically once it has been turned on.

・There is no need to launch an official app. (There is no need to enter your seat number.)

・Before the start of the performance, light stick control and an advance lighting check may take place.

・When the performance starts, the light will turn off and go into preparation mode.

Please be assured that this is not a malfunction.

 

※Other points to be aware of:

・At present, if you set the color of your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK  using your own app, or if you set it to Bluetooth mode, which flashes blue, please note that this will not work during the performance.

・If you have already made any such settings, please press and hold the button for three seconds or more to turn the light stick off. Please turn the light stick on again after that.

 

◆ Notes on batteries

※Batteries are not included, so be sure to purchase batteries in advance of the performance.

※Batteries will not be on sale at the venue on the day of the event, so please be sure to purchase them in advance.

※Make sure that you have inserted the batteries facing the correct direction.

※When inserting the battery case into the battery cover, be sure that the convex part of the case is facing upwards.

※This product consumes a lot of battery power. Even if just one battery is weak, the light stick may not turn on or you may experience problems with the light. Make sure to insert three new alkaline batteries on each occasion you use the light stick.

※If the penlight is stored with the batteries inserted in the battery case, they will drain and go dead in half a day.

※If you experience any malfunctions other than the above, please visit the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK support booth at the venue.

ABOUT CHEERING GOODS AND SELF-GENERATED PROJECTS

・Please be warned that the use of materials other than JO1 support advertisements (photos released on the official site/fan club, photos used in magazines etc, photos taken covertly in places where photography is not permitted, such as at performances) to create products and their sale/distribution to the general public constitutes a violation of JO1 personality rights, irrespective of whether the seller makes a profit. We request your understanding and cooperation in protecting JO1personality rights.

・Bringing bring support goods (eg: boards) other than official JO1 goods into the venue is prohibited.

Items that can be taken into the venue

・Slogan banners (※Within the size of the official uchiwa fan)

 

The following items cannot be used or brought into the venue.

・Slogan banners and other items that are not JO1 support advertisements (such as characters, photos released on the official site/fan club, photos used in magazines etc, photos taken covertly in places where photography is not permitted, such as at performances) slogan, etc.

・ Uchiwa fans, slogan banners/sketchbooks etc that are larger than the official size

 

Points to note concerning the use of such goods:

・When using cheering goods, please refrain from holding the item above the height of your chest.

・When using uchiwa fans, slogan banners etc., it is prohibited to have then protrude from your seat.

※Please note that seat size may vary depending on the venue.

・If a member of staff determines that the use of any cheering goods interferes with the production or causes annoyance for other members of the audience, its use may not be permitted.

・Official goods may be decorated as long as you stay within the original dimensions of the product.

・If you have a self-generated project that you would like to execute, please be aware that we are unable to offer any mediation, cooperation, or support, even if you should contact us to request such.

 

・The sale or distribution of unofficial goods that contain JO1's name or likeness is prohibited in the venue premises, or at nearby facilities and public places. Such acts are strictly prohibited.

 

In the unlikely event that unauthorized sales or distribution is discovered, the items will be confiscated and your identity will be checked. If you are found to be a fan club member, you will be expelled or denied access to the performance or the venue premises. In more serious cases, in order to prevent future recurrences, we may be forced to take legal action against perpetrators of illegal acts of photography, filming, or sound recording conducted without advance notice. Please be sure to refrain from such actions.

 

In addition, it is difficult to reduce the unauthorized sale and distribution of unofficial goods without a decrease in the number of people willing to purchase such goods. We request your understanding that these are acts that violate the rights of the artist.

 

ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

・We cannot exchange or return products based on the purchaser’s reasons.

・Minor scratches or wear may appear on the surface of products as a result of the materials or production processes. Please note that these do not result in any defects in use.

・When selling items, we are careful to ensure that purchasers are not mistakenly handed an incorrect item or are short changed, however, we request that you be sure to check the product and the change received, on the spot, after purchase. We will not be able to accommodate complaints received later.

・Defective items can only be exchanged at the venue on the day. We request that you check your item immediately after purchase. Please note that we may issue a refund if the item is out of stock.

 

 

POINTS TO NOTE

・Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding official merchandise.

・Please note that official goods will not be sold to those who are not in possession of a numbered ticket. Information on forming lines and details for those with numbered tickets will be released at a later date.

・Staying up all night or gathering late at night at or around the venue causes disturbances to the local neighborhood, and is thus strictly prohibited.

・Queue jumping and running when queues are formed or at the commencement of sale are dangerous, and are thus strictly prohibited. We do not assume any responsibility for disputes between audience members.

・Should you form your own queue before the line-up time starts, please be aware that your queue will not be recognized. Our staff will be responsible for directing you in lining up.

 

・Please follow staff instructions when waiting in line.

Only customers purchasing official goods are to line up in the waiting line for purchasing official goods. If you have someone accompanying you to the performance, please ask them to wait for you outside the sales area. Please refrain from having them wait for you in the entrance waiting line.

 

・The following actions are prohibited as they will inconvenience other audience members.

* Product trading in the booth are or near the facility

* Sit-ins around the facility

* Occupying benches for long periods of time

If you are seen doing any of the above, you will be approached by a member of staff.

 

・Sales may need to be suspended if precautions are not followed, if rules are violated, or if inconvenience is caused to others.

・Sales at the venue may be postponed or canceled due to inclement weather.

・High temperatures are expected. Please exercise self care by staying hydrated and staying in good physical condition.
