* Please note that the "JO1 OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK" may not be linked depending on the network environment and mobile OS version you have.
②Start the JO1 OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK app.
③ Tap “Streaming Concert”.
*"Streaming concert" will be displayed from 12/19 00:00
It will be updated when the app is launched, so please follow the instructions to update the app.

- ・ Real-time distribution will be distributed on "PIA LIVE STREAM".
- ・If you watch from the middle, you will be able to watch the concert from that point, and you cannot rewind and play it during live distribution.
- ・ Customers who have purchased a viewing ticket can view the archived video until 19:59 on December 20, 2020 after the distribution ends, in addition to the real-time distribution on the day of the event.
- ・ You can watch the archive as many times as you like during the distribution period.
- ■ Precautions regarding viewing tickets
- ・After the concert distribution ends, archive distribution will be available until 19:59 on Sunday, December 20th.
- ・To watch the concert, after purchasing the viewing ticket, select "Get the video viewing URL" on the screen on Cloak and click the URL to access the viewing page.
- ・Please note that viewing tickets cannot be refunded.
- ・Internet communication costs related to viewing will be borne by the customer.
- ・It is recommended to use Wi-Fi, as the amount of data communication is expected to increase.
- ・There may be a period when you cannot view due to site maintenance.
- ・Although we will make the best preparations for the distribution of equipment, lines, etc., due to the nature of the distribution, there is a possibility that unexpected pauses or image disturbances may occur.
- ・ Even if you purchase a viewing ticket, there will be no physical ticket or product shipping.
- ・Due to the characteristics of live streaming, there is a possibility that video and audio disturbances, pauses, and interruptions may occur due to Internet connection, equipment, and system problems. Please note that the ticket fee will not be refunded even in that case.
- ・Please note that the organizer will not be held responsible for any problems caused by the customer's Internet environment or viewing environment.
- ・Because access to the site will be concentrated just before the distribution starts, please allow plenty of time to log in to the distribution page.
