"Coming JO1" Overview

Seeing off all the JO1 members

• *JO1 members will move around the venue and come to each winner. Winners will be asked to wait in the designated waiting area.
• *Please note that this event will not include any opportunities for physical contact with JO1 members, autographs, or photo opportunities. Also, we will not be accepting any gifts.
• *Details regarding the meeting time and location for this event will be provided separately only to the winners.
• *This event will be held after each performance of "JO1DER SHOW 2026 'EIEN 永縁'".
• *Only those with tickets for the performance on the day are eligible to participate. Please note that those without tickets will not be able to participate.
• *Please note that each person is limited to one invitation to the "Coming JO1" event per performance.
• *This event will be held simultaneously with the lottery for those who purchase the eligible products. Even if you win both, you can only participate once on the day.
• *Please note that the performing members may change due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.

Notes regarding "Coming JO1"

• *Details regarding the meeting time and location for this event will be provided separately only to the winners.
• *This event will be held jointly with the winners of the lottery for purchasing eligible products. Even if you win in both promotions, participation is limited to one time per person on the day of the event.
• *Please check the schedule for "Coming JO1" before participating in the lottery.
• *Please note that if you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in "Coming JO1". In that case, your winning entry will be invalidated.
• * Depending on the situation on the day, the start time may be changed suddenly, and it may take time to start the guidance. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for the customer's return journey (last train time, etc.).
• *We cannot compensate for transportation and accommodation expenses if the start is delayed.

• *On the day of the event, winners will be required to bring their identification documents for verification.

  Please note that if you are unable to present a valid form of identification or if we are unable to verify your identity, we may refuse your participation.
  Please make the necessary preparations in advance before coming to the venue.
• *Please be aware that we may be taking photos of the "Coming JO1" event on the day.
• * Recording, filming, or taking photos with mobile phones, video cameras, etc., by the winners is strictly prohibited. Please note that you will be required to turn off your mobile phone before "Coming JO1" begins.
• * Handing over gifts to members is prohibited.
• *In order to ensure the safety of our customers and artists, we may conduct security inspections and temporary storage of baggage.
• *Please follow the instructions of the staff and personnel on the day of the event. Failure to do so may result in your exclusion from the event, or even the cancellation of "Coming JO1."
• *The organizer will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by not following the staff's instructions and precautions in the venue.
• * Event participants are anti-social forces, etc. (organized crime groups, gang members, right-wing groups, anti-social forces, and other similar persons; the same shall apply hereinafter), or maintain, operate, or manage anti-social forces, etc. through funding or other means. If the organizer determines that the person has some kind of interaction or involvement with anti-social forces, such as cooperating with or participating in will do.
• *If a customer appears to be unwell, a staff member may speak to them and restrict their participation in "Coming JO1." Also, if you feel unwell during the event, please do not push yourself and inform a nearby staff member immediately.
• *If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, or body aches, please be sure to contact a medical institution before coming to the venue and receive treatment at a designated medical institution.
• *Participation may be refused at the discretion of the event staff. In such cases, we will not refund the product price or compensate for transportation/travel expenses. We will also not reschedule the event to another date. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding identity verification when participating in the event

On the day of the event, we will verify your identity by physically presenting your identification documents. Please be sure to bring one of the following "valid forms of identification" (with a photograph) with you to the event. Please note that only identification with a photograph will be accepted. If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the event, you will be denied participation.

• *Copies and expired documents will be invalid, so please be sure to bring the original document that is within the expiration date.
• * "Digital identification documents" displayed on smartphones or other electronic devices (e.g., My Number Card information stored on a smartphone) cannot be used as proof of identity at this event. Anyone who does not have a valid form of official identification will be denied participation for any reason.

How to set location information

• 3. Turn [Safari/Google Chrome] in [Location Services] to [On]
