About resale/transfer
- ・Tickets purchased through this reception desk are strictly prohibited from being resold to a third party for any reason. Providing/transferring tickets to a third party for the purpose of resale is also prohibited. In addition, purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
- ・Reselling includes selling tickets at auctions, bidding, buying and selling over the Internet, buying and selling through ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, and unscrupulous third parties.
- ・If we discover that an item has been listed at an auction or resold at a high price, we will refuse entry to the seller and buyer.
In addition, if we find that tickets have been resold, we may ask you to verify your identity on the day of the performance. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may refuse you entry.
- ・Tickets (performance tickets) sold at the reception desk for this performance are "specific performance tickets," and are prohibited from being transferred for a fee beyond the promoter's selling price without the promoter's permission or consent.
- - Under no circumstances will the organizer be held responsible for any problems that arise from ticket resale or transfer.
Notes regarding the performance and requests within the venue
- ・Performance dates, opening/start times, performers, etc. may be subject to change at short notice.
- ・In the event of bad weather, the performance may be canceled or the content may be changed. If the performance goes ahead, we will not provide refunds even if you are unable to attend due to natural disasters, etc. Please note.
- ・Please note that we will not offer refunds even if there are changes to the performance content or performers. In addition, transportation costs to the venue and accommodation costs will be borne by the individual.
- ・All visitors must carefully read the precautions listed on this page and cooperate in complying with them. Please also be sure to follow the precautions stated on JO1's official website and official fan club.
- ・Those who violate or fail to comply with the precautions set out by the organizer may be refused entry or asked to leave.Fan club members may be asked to cancel their membership, and in that case, please note that no refunds will be given for membership fees or annual fees.
- ・Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue is prohibited. Any nuisance or dangerous behavior may result in the performance being canceled. Please cooperate with staff at the venue to guide you.
- ・We may check the identification of attendees (applicants and accompanying persons) upon entry and inside the venue. If we are unable to verify your identity or if fraud/resale is discovered, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason. Please be sure to bring valid identification.
- ・If you lose or forget your ticket, you will not be allowed to enter the venue for any reason. Please be aware that tickets cannot be reissued.
- ・If you are unable to display your ticket due to not having a smartphone or incomplete registration, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.
- ・We will not provide refunds or other compensation even if you are unable to enter the venue.
- ・Please note that on the day of the performance, baggage inspections will be conducted upon entry to the venue to improve safety.
- ・Bringing electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with a shooting function, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) and dangerous items into the venue is prohibited.We cannot store items inside the venue, so please store your luggage such as suitcases in a nearby coin locker in advance and keep your luggage compact when you come to the venue.
- ・If any prohibited items are found, please follow the instructions of staff. Once it is confirmed that there are no prohibited items, you will be allowed to enter.
- ・There is no cloakroom or other facility where you can leave your luggage inside the venue. Please manage your luggage and valuables at your own risk. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or other damage.
- ・During the performance, please watch from your seat, either standing or sitting. Leaving your seat, running forward, leaning forward, or any other action that brings you close to other customers in front, behind, or on either side of you is prohibited.
- - Unnecessary seat movements or exchanges are prohibited during the performance, and attendees are asked to refrain from contact with other attendees or lending or borrowing items.
- - Any kind of crowded gathering or trading of goods, etc. is prohibited inside or outside the venue.
- -If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please immediately inform a member of staff nearby.
- ・Please note that staff will contact any visitors who appear to be unwell. We also ask for your understanding that we may refuse entry depending on your condition.
- ・During the performance, eating and drinking is prohibited except for the purpose of hydration. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted and drinking is prohibited.
- -Information regarding store hours will be provided at each venue.
- -After leaving the venue, please move promptly without lingering around the venue.
- ・Detailed information on admission procedures, important points to note, and the latest information will be posted on this special website and official social media accounts from time to time, so please be sure to read it before attending.
Regarding sound recording, video recording, and photography
- ・Bringing photography and recording equipment (cameras, binoculars with photography functions, recorders, video recorders, etc.) into the venue, taking photographs, filming videos, recording audio, live streaming (live audio and video broadcasts) with cameras or mobile phones, etc. within the venue, etc. is strictly prohibited in order to protect the rights of artists.
- ・Due to the frequent occurrence of voyeurism and eavesdropping using smartphones and binoculars with built-in camera functions, staff may check if your smartphone is sticking out of your bag or pocket, or if you are using a smartphone or binoculars during the performance. Please set your smartphone to silent mode and make sure it is securely stored in your bag.
- ・If anyone is found taking photographs or recording, the equipment will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue. Please be aware of this in advance. The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur as a result of not following the instructions of the staff.
- ・Please note that in this case, no refunds will be given for ticket fees or other expenses.
- ・Please note that in order to maintain order at the venue, we may record or photograph any behavior that disrupts the work of venue staff.
- ・On the day of the performance, there will be cameras for video and photography. Please note that your behavior may be captured on camera.
Regarding fan letters/gifts/flowers
- ・We do not accept gifts, celebratory flowers, stand flowers, fan letters, etc. for performers. Please note that if any of these arrive at the venue, they will be refused.
Regarding support goods and volunteer projects
- ・Please be aware that creating products using materials other than JO1 support advertisements (such as photos released on the official website or fan club, photos used in magazines, or photos taken secretly at performances or other locations where photography is not permitted) and selling or distributing them to an unspecified number of people constitutes an infringement of JO1's portrait rights, regardless of whether the seller makes a profit or not. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to protect the artist's portrait.
- ・It is prohibited to bring support goods such as boards other than official JO1 goods.
- ・However, the following items may be brought in even if they are not official merchandise.

・Slogans that use materials other than JO1 support advertisements (characters, photos released by the official website or fan club, photos used in magazines, photos taken secretly at performances or other places where photography is not permitted, etc.), fans, boards, sketchbooks larger than the official size, and other unofficial goods (regardless of size), etc.
- ・When using cheering goods, please refrain from holding them above your chest.
- ・When using fans, slogans, etc., it is prohibited to have them extend beyond your seat. *Please note that seat size may vary depending on the venue.
- ・If the staff determines that it will interfere with the production or cause trouble for other customers, we may refuse to use it.
- ・It is possible to decorate official goods as long as they fit within the size of each product.
- ・We cannot intervene, cooperate, or support even if you contact us for permission to execute a project by volunteers.
- ・It is prohibited to sell and distribute unofficial goods using JO1's portrait or name in the venue premises, nearby facilities and public places. In addition, such acts are not permitted at all.
- ・If unauthorized sales or distribution are discovered, the relevant items will be confiscated and identity verification will be conducted. If found to be a fan club member, you will be expelled and denied entry to the performance and venue premises. In more serious cases, we may be forced to take legal action against those taking unauthorized photographs or eavesdropping without prior notice as an illegal act to prevent recurrence, so please refrain from such behavior. Furthermore, unless the number of people purchasing such unofficial merchandise decreases, it will be difficult to reduce the unauthorized sales and distribution of unofficial goods. We ask for your understanding that this is an act that infringes on the artist's rights.

・電源を入れるだけで自動的に無線制御が開始されます。
※公演開始直前に一度消灯し「準備モード」に切り替わりますが、故障ではございませんのでご安心ください。
- ◆その他注意事項：
・現在、OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKをご自身のアプリで色を個別に設定されている方や、青い点滅のBluetoothモードに設定されている方は、本公演の演出が反映されません。
・既に設定済みの場合は、ボタンを3秒以上長押しして一度電源を切り、再度電源を入れてから「白の点灯状態」でお待ちください。
- ◆電池に関する注意事項：
※電池は付属しておりません。必ず事前にご自身でご用意ください。
※当日、会場での電池販売はございません。あらかじめご準備いただいた上で、ご来場をお願いいたします。
※電池のプラス・マイナスの向きが正しくセットされているかご確認ください。
※ソケットを電池カバーに入れる際は、必ずソケットの凸面が上にくるようにセットしてください。
※本製品は電池の消耗が激しい商品です。1本でも残量が不足していると、電源が入らない、または発光に不具合が生じます。使用ごとに、3本とも新しいアルカリ電池をご使用ください。
※ソケットに電池を入れたまま保管すると、漏電により半日ほどで電池が消耗します。使用時以外は電池を抜いて保管してください。

Prohibited matter

- - People under the influence of alcohol. If staff determine that you are under the influence of alcohol, you will be denied entry. Alcohol consumption may raise your body temperature, so please refrain from drinking before coming to the venue. Also, bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue is prohibited.
Merchandise sales and sales of CDs, DVDs, etc.
- - Details regarding the sale of concert goods at the venue and online will be announced as soon as they are decided.
- ・When concert goods and other items are sold at the venue, we will provide separate information on important points to note regarding the sales area.
