1. Applicants and companions must have Plus member ID (former EMTG ID) to apply and receive electronic tickets!
Plus member ID is required to apply and use the JO1 APP. If you do not have Plus member ID, please obtain Plus member ID in advance.
  • *Those who have used the JO1 APP before or have used the Chikepla service before do not need to obtain a new Plus member ID.

2. Check the electronic ticket compatible terminal!
  • Electronic ticketing with the JO1 official app can be used on smartphones with a phone number starting with 090/080/070 that can connect to the Internet.

    Android device: "Android OS 5.0" or higher *Requires SMS function
  • * "Galaxy", "Raku-raku smartphone (devices released before 2014 that do not support Google Play)", "Garaho", "Tablet devices" and "iPod touch" are not compatible with electronic tickets.
    Also, some smartphones are not supported. Please be sure to check the non-compatible models.
  • ※Digital tickets can also be used on smartphones from overseas. You can enter your foreign phone number on the apply screen.

3. Please set so that you can receive emails from "plusmember.jp"!
On the ticket display start date, Tixplus (former: EMTG) will send an e-ticket receipt guide email to each applicant and accompanying person.
If you have set domain-specific reception, please set it so that you can receive emails from "plusmember.jp". Also, be careful with your spam settings.
4. Please receive the JO1 APP on each terminal of the applicant and accompanying person!
  • Tickets for the winning performance will be received on the JO1 APP.
    Tickets will be issued to applicants and accompanying persons separately, so please receive them separately.
    In addition, in order to prevent unauthorized resale, you can only receive it on the smartphone terminal of the phone number you registered at the time of application.
    • *The ticket-pla app can only be used with one phone number per Plus member ID.
      You cannot register the same phone number for multiple accounts.
    • *If you cannot receive the ticket due to reasons such as your phone number has changed due to a model change, or you have entered the wrong phone number when applying, please contact Tixplus customer support.
5. On the day of the performance, you need to register your face photo to enter!

For this performance, your face photo will be displayed on the electronic ticket.
Those who do not have their face photo registered at the time of admission will not be allowed to enter.
If you are elected, please be sure to complete the face photo registration before entering.
Applicants and accompanying persons are required to register their face photos.
Winners of tickets and accompanying persons must register their face photos on Tixplus by the deadline. Failure to do so will lead to refusal of admission.

About the official ticket trade/resale service “Ticket Pla Trade”

If you suddenly can't come to the venue, please use "Ticket Pla Trade", which allows you to trade at a fixed price!

We provide an official ticket trade and resale service that allows you to exchange tickets at a fixed price. Unlike ticket resale sites, you can rest assured from transaction to admission, such as "fixed price transaction" and "admission guarantee"!

Ticket trade/resale is a lottery system!
The lottery will be held at 12:00 every day during the trade/resale period.

  • IDs of visitors (applicants and accompanying persons) may be checked at the time of admission.
    If we cannot verify your identity, we will refuse your entry regardless of the reason.
  • The name of the applicant and accompanying person will be displayed on the ticket.
    When applying, please be sure to apply under the name of the visitor.
    We do not accept name changes after application.
    The name displayed on the ticket is the applicant: the name registered in the fan club and the accompanying person: the name registered in Plus member ID.
    It is strictly prohibited to transfer even between family members or friends.
    No changes will be accepted for any reason, so please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when applying.

  • For this performance, your face photo will be displayed on the electronic ticket.

    Face photo registration is required for both applicants and accompanying persons.
  • The registered name cannot be changed.

About valid identification
The ID must be valid and cannot be copied.

If you have a photo of your face, please bring one. This includes:

(3) Official license with photo (marine, aviation, architect, etc.)
(4) Basic Resident Registration Card
(5) Disability certificate

(11) Rehabilitation notebook

  • If you have an official ID other than (1) to (11) above, please contact Ticketpla customer support at least 2 days before the performance.
  • If you do not have any of the above (1) to (11) or an official ID, please bring the following documents.
  • *When using an Individual Number Card (My Number Card) as an ID, please present only the front side (the one with the photo). Please do not present the back side (the side with your personal number printed on it).
    Please note that the back side of the individual number card (my number card) will not be seen during identity verification.
  • *The individual number (my number) notification card (a paper card without a photo with the individual number printed on it) cannot be used as an identification card.
  • *Please note that student ID cards for those over the age of 19 will not be accepted, even if they have a photo.

  • *Please note that photocopied/handwritten/expired/unusable documents cannot be used for identity verification documents.
